Our Stage 1 HD 6L80 & 6L90 is the perfect upgrade to replace your failed transmission. Perfect for heavy duty tasks, towing, or daily driving. Our Stage 1 Heavy Duty rebuild includes: Upgraded performance Billet Steel Torque Converter, Built and tested in-house Pump & Valve Body with updates for improved shifting performance. HD Friction & Steel clutches, Bearings, Bushings, Seals, Gaskets, upgraded Heavy Duty Steel Piston. Thermal Bypass Delete which prevents the transmission from overheating, the reason we do this delete, is the OEM bypass valves tend to fail, causing the transmission to overheat and will lead to major damage. Our 6L80 & 6L90 can also be equipped with an upgraded Tru-Cool 40K transmission cooler. Twice the Cooling for Your Transmission. Maximum Protection for Your Vehicle. Maintain lower temperatures in your transmission and lubricant with Tru-Cool and extend the life of the vehicle you depend on. Guaranteed with our standard 2-Year / 75,000 Mile Warranty or our Premier 3-Year / 100,000 Mile Warranty.
